Licensed Practical Nurses - Lexington, MASalary Range: $35-$48 per hour,Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s).Facility: CareOne at LexingtonWe are looking for Full-Time (11pm-7am) Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team!The
Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
- Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
- Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
Position Requirements:- Education Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
- Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
