Sign-on bonus is paid in installments and is contingent uponmaintainingactive employment andremainingin good standing through each milestone.
What You Will Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems and equipment
- Perform plumbing inspections and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Install,maintain, and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, sump pumps, sewer lines, and other residential plumbing systems
- Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly with homeowners
- Provide exceptional customer service whilemaintainingprofessionalism in customers27 homes
- Complete service calls accurately andin a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
- Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
What You Will bring:
- ActiveState ofIllinois Plumbing Licenserequired
- 4+residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communicationand customer service skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment as needed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience usingtabletsor mobile dispatch software is a plus
- Valid driver27s license with a clean driving record
- Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
