Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components
- Perform residential plumbing service calls and maintenance
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
- Maintain accurate job documentation and invoices
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call
Qualifications:- Minnesota Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- Residential plumbing experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and residential plumbing repairs
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
