Licensed Plumber with a Sales Focus to join our New Berlin team. If you're a pro who takes pride in your craft and knows how to build value for customers, we have the right spot for you.
What You'll Do:- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Quickly identify the root cause of malfunctions and execute precision repairs.
- Build rapport with homeowners, effectively presenting products and service options that solve their long-term needs.
- Provide timely solutions for urgent plumbing situations while maintaining clear communication with dispatch.
- Keep your company vehicle clean and well-stocked while ensuring every job site is left spotless.
- Accurately complete all digital paperwork and service records on time.
What You Bring:- Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
- 2+ years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation.
- Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
- Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- A personable, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication.
- A valid driver's license and a clean, safe driving record.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:- Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling and twisting of body while working.
- Be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds.
- Must be comfortable and able to safely climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks at various heights.
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and is not limited by weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat and cold, as well as in dusty, wet, or dirty spaces.
