Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. We foster a culture centered on professional growth, hands-on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long-term career stability.
Compensation:- $85,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
- If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
- Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

What we look for:- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
