DescriptionTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced
Licensed Oregon Journeyman Electricians for projects located in or around
Eugene, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the
pay rate is $53-$58/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:- Perform commercial and residential electrical installations
- Complete work on new construction, remodels, and tenant improvement projects
- Perform service calls, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs
- Install and terminate panels, breakers, transformers, and distribution systems
- Install conduit including EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit
- Install wiring, lighting, receptacles, and electrical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
- Test electrical systems to ensure proper operation
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Oregon electrical codes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Assist in mentoring apprentices as needed
Requirements:- Must possess a current Oregon Journeyman Electrician License
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have strong knowledge of NEC and Oregon electrical codes
- Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from ladders and lifts when required
- Must be dependable, safety-minded, and professional
