About the Role:

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to senior residents. This role involves strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight to maintain a safe, supportive, and efficient environment for both residents and staff. The LNFA acts as a key liaison between healthcare providers, families, and regulatory agencies, advocating for resident well-being and organizational excellence. They lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to uphold best practices in senior care while managing budgets, staffing, and facility resources effectively. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid and current Nursing Home Administrator license in Texas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing home administration or senior care management.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through previous supervisory roles.
