About the RoleAs a Licenses Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the overall operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Managing and coordinating the admissions and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions for our residents.
- Collaborating with our medical director and multi-disciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitoring and reporting on quality care indicators, patient satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Providing leadership and guidance to our administrative and clinical staff to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and service.
Requirements- Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
