Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight while ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and organizational success.
Responsibilities include:- Lead and oversee daily community operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Foster employee engagement, accountability, and a culture of excellence throughout the community
- Collaborate with leadership teams, department managers, and interdisciplinary partners to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure exceptional resident care, quality outcomes, and outstanding customer service
- Support financial stewardship, operational performance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Champion the mission, vision, and core values of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest
Qualifications- Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Minnesota, or the ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe, required
- Bachelor's degree in Long-Term Care Administration, Management, Human Services, or a related field required
- Minimum three years of experience serving as a Long-Term Care Administrator required
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Passion for serving older adults while leading with integrity, compassion, and accountability
