About the Job
Accident Care Chiropractic and Massage is looking for:
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
Full-time hours.
Monday through Thursday, 9am-7pm.
Salary and Benefits:

Summary:
In this role, LMTs are primarily responsible for providing a positive, hands-on experience for patients dealing with chronic pain and acute injuries.
This can be completed through means of massage techniques and soft tissue manipulation.
The massage therapist will work within a multi-professional team consisting of chiropractic physicians and chiropractic assistants to provide therapeutic massage in order to alleviate pain for patients.
In addition to this, massage therapists will document and complete chart notes with transparency and accuracy after each visit while maintaining HIPPA compliance.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Examining and assessing patients' conditions to best determine which therapeutic modality to utilize for their current condition.
Perform therapeutic massage modalities for the patient to recover from any pain or injuries.
Maintain general knowledge of chart notes relating to patient injury.
Consistently update and maintain chart notes for physicians to read.
Assist and advise patients with different techniques on improving current conditions, such as stretches, exercises, and core strengthening.
Providing massage experience for the patient, ideally 60 minutes of hands-on work.
Proper cleanliness and disinfection of the massage room before and after patient visits.
Maintaining a proper inventory of the massage room and partnering with the office manager if additional supplies are needed.
Stocking and folding massage sheets.
Proper documentation and recording of modalities used, as well as hours worked.
Required Qualifications:
Completion and license from an accredited massage therapy program.
Licensed by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists.
Thorough knowledge of massage techniques.
Communication and teamwork within a medical setting.
Dual Licensed from both Oregon and Washington are preferred but not required.
