Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide structured outpatient therapy through a secure telehealth platform. This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families address behavioral, emotional, and relational challenges. You will manage your own caseload, deliver evidence-based treatment, and support measurable client progress through consistent clinical care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation
- Follow ethical standards, licensing regulations, and telehealth guidelines
Requirements- Active LMFT license in the state of Mississippi
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services
- Comfortable delivering therapy in a remote environment
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
