Job SummaryWe're seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time telehealth role supporting clients with relationship concerns, family stress, emotional health needs, and life transitions. You'll provide structured therapy sessions that help clients make practical progress from a remote setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct secure video therapy sessions
- Provide care for individuals, couples, and families
- Create goal-oriented treatment plans
- Maintain clear and compliant documentation
- Help clients strengthen communication and coping skills
- Coordinate care when appropriate
Requirements- Active Hawaii LMFT license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms
- Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
