The therapist will work directly with individuals and families, assess their needs, develop treatment strategies, and provide ongoing support through scheduled virtual sessions. Building a strong therapeutic relationship and keeping clear, secure clinical records are important parts of the work.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and family therapy through video sessions
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment strategies
- Build and maintain effective therapeutic relationships
- Document sessions and client progress securely
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
- 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
