Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: West Virginia
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual care to individuals, couples, and families across West Virginia. You will help clients work through relationship concerns, family conflict, communication difficulties, emotional stress, and major life changes. The work calls for a strong understanding of family systems and the ability to look at how relationships, environment, and personal experiences can influence a client's wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete clinical assessments and identify key relational or family concerns
  • Create treatment plans that reflect client needs, goals, and relationship dynamics
  • Support clients experiencing family conflict, communication challenges, relationship stress, and life transitions
  • Use appropriate marriage and family therapy interventions throughout care
  • Review progress and update treatment goals when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
  • Follow West Virginia licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and telehealth guidelines

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in West Virginia
  • Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related behavioral health field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong knowledge of family systems and relational dynamics
