Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary:$115,000-$120,000 per year, plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:- Provide therapy sessions for individuals and families to foster emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address mental health concerns.
- Conduct client assessments and gather social histories to guide therapy approaches.
- Educate clients and families on mental health resources and treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.
Requirements- Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in Iowa.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
