Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Delaware
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our telehealth team and provide online counseling services to clients throughout Delaware. This position involves working with individuals, couples, and families who need support with interpersonal struggles, emotional health concerns, and household or relationship stress. The therapist in this role will evaluate client needs, provide ongoing counseling, and document care clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver remote therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Support clients with relationship issues, family challenges, and mental health concerns
  • Perform clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes promptly
  • Help clients build coping strategies and improve communication patterns

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
  • Active LMFT license in Delaware
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
