As a remote LMFT, your workday will include meeting clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, completing clinical assessments, documenting care, and guiding treatment using a family systems lens. You may support a couple working through recurring conflict, a parent navigating family stress, or an individual trying to understand how relationships affect their emotional health.
This is a practical, client-facing therapy role for a licensed clinician who is comfortable with virtual care and wants a reliable full-time position with strong pay and benefits.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Meet with clients through scheduled video therapy sessions in a confidential remote setting
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families dealing with relational, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Evaluate client needs and develop clear treatment goals based on clinical presentation
- Support clients with concerns such as family stress, marital issues, communication problems, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, and major life changes
- Use appropriate therapeutic techniques rooted in marriage and family therapy practice
- Keep session notes, treatment plans, and clinical records organized and up to date
- Review progress regularly and help clients identify realistic next steps in treatment
- Maintain professional boundaries and follow all privacy, HIPAA, and telehealth standards
- Identify higher levels of care or outside referrals when a client's needs require additional support
- Participate in care coordination or case-related communication when clinically necessary
Requirements- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Delaware
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relational systems
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for confidential sessions
