Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: New Mexico
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families throughout New Mexico. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients through telehealth, discussing their concerns, identifying treatment goals, guiding therapeutic conversations, and documenting care provided during each session.

You will work with clients experiencing relationship challenges, family concerns, emotional stress, and life transitions while using your clinical training to determine appropriate treatment approaches and support their ongoing progress. This role requires strong communication, clinical judgment, and the ability to manage a consistent remote caseload.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with individuals, couples, and families through virtual therapy sessions
  • Create a comfortable space for clients to discuss personal and relationship concerns
  • Use clinical expertise to guide conversations and support client goals
  • Help clients improve communication, resolve conflicts, and navigate life changes
  • Identify areas of progress and adjust the focus of therapy when needed

Requirements
  • Active New Mexico LMFT license
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms
