Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
SummaryWe're seeking a
Louisiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy services and help clients work through real-life concerns with practical, clinical support. You'll manage a consistent caseload, deliver therapy sessions, and keep documentation current so care stays organized and clinically sound.
Responsibilities- Provide psychotherapy sessions via telehealth on a set weekday schedule
- Complete intakes/assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain consistent progress notes and clinical documentation in the EHR
- Use appropriate therapeutic techniques to support client goals and symptom reduction
- Identify risk concerns and follow required protocols and reporting guidelines
- Maintain licensure requirements and uphold ethics and confidentiality standards
Requirements- Active LMFT license in Louisiana (in good standing)
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field
- Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting (virtual or in-person)
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating when needed
