Key Responsibilities
- Consult with pre-qualified clients on their insurance and legacy planning needs
- - Recommend suitable coverage and guide decisions
- - Manage the sales cycle using our warm lead system and proven processes
- - Build lasting client relationships for renewals and referrals
- - Stay sharp through our training on industry trends and products
Qualifications
- Active Life and/or Health Insurance License (required) - licensing support/guidance available for strong candidates
- Must be a currently licensed insurance agent and a U.S. resident (required) - no exceptions
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed
- - Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- - Sales background a plus, but we train motivated individuals
