Job SummaryWe are hiring a Vermont-licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through a fully virtual care model. This role is designed for clinicians who want to focus on structured therapy sessions, clear treatment goals, and consistent follow-up with adult clients-without the interruptions of in-person practice.
Responsibilities- Deliver individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Document clinical encounters in an electronic system
- Review progress and update care plans as needed
- Follow Vermont LICSW standards and telehealth guidelines
Requirements- Active Vermont LICSW license
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Clinical experience providing mental health therapy
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
