Full Job Description
General Electrical Foreman
Location: Port Washington, WI - Travel up to 50% (required)

Your Impact
As General Foreman - Field Operations, you oversee day-to-day field execution across installation services and electrical fit-out scopes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership directly supports Accelevation's ability to scale and deliver mission-critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate multiple Foremen and craft personnel across assigned project scopes.
  • Execute project work plans in alignment with Superintendent direction, schedules, and execution strategy.
  • Plan and manage daily and weekly manpower, task sequencing, and field productivity.
  • Enforce safety practices, lead safety meetings, and support pre-task planning activities.
  • Oversee QA/QC execution including inspections, punch list resolution, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate logistics such as material flow, equipment usage, and site access.
  • Resolve field conflicts and support communication between field teams, project management, and subcontractors.
  • Mentor and develop Foremen and craft personnel while supporting project setup, execution, and closeout.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.
Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Employees must lift at least 50 lbs, perform overhead work for extended periods, climb and carry ladders up to 12 ft, navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.
Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces), wear full PPE, have good vision and hearing (normal or corrected), and accurately identify colors. Some projects may lack food facilities, requiring employees to bring meals and snacks.
