We are seeking experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, client relationships, and maximizing their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform professional facials, customized skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic services
- Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations
- Recommend and sell skincare products and memberships to support client results
- Build and maintain strong client retention and repeat business
- Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation, hygiene, and state board regulations
- Consistently meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
Qualifications:- Active Florida Esthetician License (required)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or skincare setting preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong background in facials, skincare treatments, and product recommendations
- Proven ability in sales, client retention, and customer service
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
