Job SummaryWe are hiring a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Florida. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges.
This position is well-suited for an LCSW who values meaningful clinical work, clear structure, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting. You will help clients build coping skills, work through personal challenges, and make steady progress toward their treatment goals.
Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical history
- Create treatment plans based on each client's goals, needs, and presenting concerns
- Maintain timely progress notes and clinical documentation in the required system
- Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
- Follow HIPAA standards and professional ethics for remote mental health services
- Participate in clinical updates, case discussions, or team communication as needed
Requirements- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Strong written documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care
- Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches is preferred
