Maryland LCPC Counselor - Full-Time

Job Summary

This remote LCPC position focuses on providing consistent, client-centered mental health care through telehealth. You will work with clients who need support with emotional regulation, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment issues, and personal challenges that affect their daily lives.

The role includes direct therapy sessions, clinical planning, documentation, and ongoing support as clients work toward practical goals. You will be part of a professional remote care model designed to make mental health services more accessible for clients throughout Maryland.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients located in Maryland
  • Complete new client evaluations and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create clear, measurable treatment goals based on client needs
  • Provide ongoing counseling using appropriate therapeutic methods
  • Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes accurately
  • Recognize changes in risk level and follow proper clinical protocols
  • Support clients with coping skills, communication tools, and behavior change strategies
  • Protect client privacy and follow all telehealth compliance standards

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC license
  • Previous experience providing counseling, psychotherapy, or behavioral health services
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning

  • Able to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions
