Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

Spend your workday meeting with clients, listening to what they are dealing with, and helping them work through concerns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, or daily life. This is a full-time remote position for an LCPC licensed in Maryland. You will manage your own caseload, handle the clinical work connected to each case, and stay in touch with other providers when a client needs additional support.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients for one-on-one counseling
  • Review history, current concerns, and reasons for seeking therapy
  • Set clear goals together and revisit them as sessions continue
  • Help clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and life changes
  • Keep clinical notes and records complete and up to date
  • Recognize when a client may need additional services
  • Respond appropriately to safety or risk concerns
  • Follow Maryland licensing, confidentiality, and professional requirements

Requirements
  • Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
