Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide remote mental health counseling to clients in Maryland. This position involves working with clients through virtual sessions, helping them understand their concerns, build coping skills, and make progress toward treatment goals.

This role is a strong fit for an LCPC who wants a structured full-time schedule, steady compensation, and the ability to provide quality care without commuting to an office. Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote counseling services to clients located in Maryland
  • Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
  • Support clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns
  • Develop treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and client-centered
  • Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes accurately
  • Use sound clinical judgment during virtual sessions
  • Maintain compliance with Maryland licensing standards and telehealth regulations

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland
