Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities- Provide remote counseling services to clients located in Maryland
- Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment needs
- Support clients dealing with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns
- Develop treatment goals that are realistic, measurable, and client-centered
- Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes accurately
- Use sound clinical judgment during virtual sessions
- Maintain compliance with Maryland licensing standards and telehealth regulations
Requirements- Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or adolescents
- Comfortable delivering services through telehealth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
- Familiarity with electronic health records and online documentation systems
