Location and Role Details

Location: Meridian, Idaho

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary

Clients are looking for a therapist who can listen closely, ask useful questions, and keep care moving forward. Your sessions will center on assessment, counseling, goal-setting, coping skills, and progress clients can carry into daily life. The position is listed in Meridian, but the daily work happens through a secure virtual care model. The best candidate will be organized, thoughtful, and comfortable providing care in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities
• Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and HIPAA-compliant telehealth practices
• Create a safe virtual space for clients to process, reflect, and plan next steps
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, and related behavioral health needs
• Review progress and update treatment direction when clinically appropriate

Requirements
• Active Idaho LCPC license in good standing
• Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a closely related field
• Professional experience providing therapy in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or similar settings
• Confidence using telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and remote communication tools
• Strong clinical judgment, organized documentation habits, and a private workspace for sessions
