Location and Role Details

Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who can bring steady clinical care to clients in Idaho. This is a practical telehealth role where your sessions, documentation, and treatment planning all support one goal: helping people feel less stuck and more supported in everyday life. The caseload may include clients navigating clinical counseling, treatment planning, emotional regulation, and remote client support.

This position is ideal for a counselor who can combine active listening, clear treatment goals, and practical clinical support in every session.
Responsibilities
• Meet with clients virtually and provide consistent therapeutic support
• Support clients with emotional concerns, coping strategies, symptom management, and practical next steps
• Assess symptoms, stressors, strengths, and current support systems
• Create treatment plans that clients can understand and participate in
• Monitor progress and adjust goals when clinical needs shift
• Keep records timely, organized, and aligned with clinical documentation standards

Requirements
• Active Idaho LCPC license in good standing
• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor licensure
• Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
• Ability to build rapport through video sessions and communicate clearly in writing.
• Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful.
