Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT)

Maryland Remote / Telehealth Full-Time
$115,000-$120,000 per year + Full Benefits
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are looking for a Maryland-licensed LCMFT to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth.

Much of the work will focus on relationship and family concerns, including communication problems, conflict, emotional stress, and major life changes. You'll meet with clients regularly, assess what they need, set treatment goals, and use appropriate family and relationship-based approaches during therapy.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing individual, couples, and family therapy by video
  • Assessing family dynamics, relationship concerns, and individual needs
  • Developing and updating treatment goals and care plans
  • Using appropriate LCMFT interventions based on each case
  • Reviewing client progress and adjusting treatment when necessary
  • Completing progress notes and other required records
  • Following established procedures when safety or risk concerns arise
  • Maintaining confidentiality and complying with Maryland requirements for clinical and telehealth practice

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field
  • Active Maryland LCMFT license
  • Clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and manage a caseload independently
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic clinical documentation
