Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job SummaryWe are hiring an LCSW-C who wants to focus on thoughtful, client-centered therapy without the demands of in-person care. This role is built around steady virtual sessions, clear clinical expectations, and the ability to support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care in a consistent remote environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Monitor client progress across sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements- Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Experience providing mental health therapy
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Comfortable working fully remote
