Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all leisure sales processes, ensuring that sales strategies are effectively implemented and revenue targets are met.
Manage leisure sales programs, including customer packages, promotional offers, and loyalty programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with leisure service providers to ensure the best offerings for customers. Stay up to date on changes to leisure sales regulations and market trends, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Lead a team of leisure sales professionals, setting performance goals, providing mentorship, and facilitating necessary training initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to integrate leisure sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain leisure sales policies and procedures, communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. Conduct regular evaluations of leisure sales processes to optimize performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure leisure sales systems are technologically sound and user-friendly.
Manage relationships with leisure sales-related vendors, negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery to uphold quality standards.
Education and/or Experience
