Crisis24 has an exciting opportunity to join its Legal Department. We are looking for a talented Contracts Specialist to lead end-to-end contracting, support key corporate governance activities, manage projects and coordinate litigation matters. This role will manage complex commercial agreements across security, risk management, and medical services; partner with legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and senior leadership to reduce risk, strengthen governance, and improve the quality and speed of contract execution; and support employment law and dispute matters-including pre-litigation, litigation, and related administrative work-as well as internal employment initiatives. The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, initiative, autonomy, and judgment, as well as an ability to effectively prioritize workflow and execute assignments. This is a dynamic role that requires responsiveness and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Work On:
  • You will own the full contract lifecycle: intake, drafting/redlining, negotiation, internal approvals, execution, storage, amendments, renewals, and closeout.
  • Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor/supplier agreements, professional services agreements, subcontractor terms, facility/site agreements, licensing/SaaS, and data protection terms.
  • Translate operational requirements into contract language (scope, deliverables, staffing plans, response times, SLAs, reporting, KPIs, pricing, invoicing, change control).
  • Identify and mitigate key risks (liability allocation, indemnities, insurance, limitations of liability, termination, confidentiality, IP, disputes, audits, compliance obligations).
  • Develop and maintain templates, clause library, negotiation playbooks, and fallback positions, drive standardization across teams.
  • Assist counsel with a broad scope of employment law matters including internal projects involving reviewing, drafting, updating, finalizing, and maintenance of policies, procedures, handbooks, and agreements.
  • Provide litigation support, including service of process, managing legal case files, coordinating between internal and external partners, gathering evidence, and conducting in-house review of documents.
  • Review subpoenas and record requests and gather relevant documents in response.
  • Draft document preservation notices and communications.
  • Other duties and projects, assigned.

What You Will Bring:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in contracts management and/or supporting an employment law function in an in-house legal department or law firm.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements with customers and/or vendors in regulated or operationally intensive environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment litigation procedures.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment and taking ownership of projects.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tasks outside of areas of expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe, document and matter management systems (such as WinTeam, OneDrive, Legal Tracker), DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
