What it's like to be a Northbridge Learning Specialist Risk Services

The Learning Specialist is responsible for training, education, and development of Risk Services value add materials, products, and services for internal and external customers. The Learning Specialist will deliver from existing materials and will also be responsible for determining training needs based on business objectives and sourcing the most cost effective training solutions and designing, delivering and evaluating training and training alternatives.

  • Designing and developing training material for internal and external customers

  • Paying attention to the details and ensuring top accuracy


You have:
  • Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree.
  • Certification in Adult Education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with demonstrated teaching capability in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to generate own courseware, on-line help and curriculum materials. Experience with design of applications for the purpose of e-learning is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Windows XP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, SharePoint), Visio, Adobe Writer, MAC.

We're committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000, which reflects the expected base pay - not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
