About the Role:

Wespath is looking for a Learning Solutions Designer - Customer Service to help employees build the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to deliver excellent service. This role partners with Customer Service leaders to identify performance needs, design practical learning solutions, and create scalable resources that improve accuracy, speed, adaptability, and business outcomes.

You will support onboarding, upskilling, system adoption, compliance needs, process changes, and ongoing employee development through modern, blended learning solutions.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Design blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, videos, microlearning, simulations, assessments, job aids, and performance support tools.
  • Partner with Customer Service leaders and stakeholders to identify performance gaps, skill needs, operational challenges, and learning opportunities.
  • Translate complex benefits, systems, procedures, policies, and technical concepts into accessible learning materials.
  • Create resources that support employees in the flow of work, including knowledge base content, workflow learning, and practical job aids.
  • Use learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve learner engagement, content quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve content based on feedback, data, and business needs.

The compensation range for this position is $108,00 to $120,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be based on the hired applicant's qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Experience creating instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, performance support tools, and blended learning programs.
  • Experience with needs analysis, task analysis, curriculum design, storyboarding, and learning evaluation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or similar authoring applications.
  • Strong communication, editing, facilitation, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex business processes, systems, and subject matter.
Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Customer Service, Contact Center, Operations, Financial Services, Benefits Administration, Healthcare, or similarly regulated business environments.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits administration, including retirement, pension, health and welfare, or related products and services.
  • Experience developing and maintaining knowledge management systems, knowledge bases, or searchable support resources.
  • Experience designing workflow learning and performance support solutions that enable learning in the flow of work.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems or Learning Experience Platforms, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to design learning content, simulations, assessments, or learner support experiences.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, technology rollouts, or organizational change initiatives.
