About the Role:
  • Build leadership development pathways that identify high-potential talent and accelerate readiness for advanced roles, reinforcing core people-leadership skills (communication, accountability, coaching, performance management).
  • Own end-to-end onboarding and role-based training (technical skills, safety, service quality, customer experience) to move new hires to independent contributors within 30-90 days while reducing errors, incidents, and turnover.
  • Translate SOPs and best practices into field-ready playbooks, certifications, and learning pathways, keeping content current and capturing institutional knowledge as the company grows.
  • Measure training effectiveness against performance, safety, quality, retention, and time-to-competency metrics, using findings to drive continuous improvement with operational leaders.
  • Oversee the Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator to ensure effective execution of training operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5-7 years in Learning & Development, Training, or Workforce Development, with a track record of executing training programs; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design, with the ability to translate SOPs and technical content into practical, field-ready training.
  • Proven skill-gap assessment and impact measurement, paired with an analytical mindset to interpret training data and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to influence employees at all levels, plus comfort working with field staff and integrating learning into daily operations.
  • Experience with LMS administration and training reporting, strong organizational skills across multiple initiatives, and genuine passion for developing people and craft excellence.
