About the Role:
Build leadership development pathways that identify high-potential talent and accelerate readiness for advanced roles, reinforcing core people-leadership skills (communication, accountability, coaching, performance management).
Own end-to-end onboarding and role-based training (technical skills, safety, service quality, customer experience) to move new hires to independent contributors within 30-90 days while reducing errors, incidents, and turnover.
Translate SOPs and best practices into field-ready playbooks, certifications, and learning pathways, keeping content current and capturing institutional knowledge as the company grows.
Measure training effectiveness against performance, safety, quality, retention, and time-to-competency metrics, using findings to drive continuous improvement with operational leaders.
Oversee the Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator to ensure effective execution of training operations.
What We're Looking For:
5-7 years in Learning & Development, Training, or Workforce Development, with a track record of executing training programs; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design, with the ability to translate SOPs and technical content into practical, field-ready training.
Proven skill-gap assessment and impact measurement, paired with an analytical mindset to interpret training data and adjust programs accordingly.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills to influence employees at all levels, plus comfort working with field staff and integrating learning into daily operations.
Experience with LMS administration and training reporting, strong organizational skills across multiple initiatives, and genuine passion for developing people and craft excellence.
