We are looking for an Associate to join us on the Commercial & Investing Bank Banking Learning team!

As a Learning Associate on the Commercial & Investment Bank Banking Learning team, you will provide best-in-class training to support the business' priorities and to attract and retain top talent in the industry. Through strong partnership with the business, Human Resources colleagues and Talent partners, you will be involved in every stage of the training cycle including needs assessment, design, delivery and post-program evaluation. Our training programs are distinguished by extensive business engagement of senior Global Investment Banking and Global Corporate Banking leaders and teams. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Commercial & Investing Bank Human Resources projects and new initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end project management and coordination of numerous aspects of our Banking training programs including classroom, virtual or on-demand offerings
  • Establish strong relationships and ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders in coordination with Learn and Talent colleagues
  • Identify training needs in partnership with the HR business advisors, development, training colleagues and all key business stakeholders
  • Keep key business and HR stakeholders apprised of new initiatives and provide updates on priority core deliverables
  • Liaise and partner with vendors delivering full logistical support for professional training to ensure successful delivery for our clients
  • Manage nomination/participant lists, send communications, produce training materials, reserve conference rooms, arrange audio/visual, order catering, etc.
  • Serve as logistical point of contact for individuals attending programs
  • Assist in scheduling of internal speakers/subject matter experts and/or vendors and collect presentations for programs
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of data in Learning app (LEX Asset), training calendars, shared drives, and intranet sites
  • Create learning surveys, as well as other ad-hoc reports when needed
  • Manage budgets, create purchasing orders, allocate and process invoices to appropriate cost centers and track in spreadsheet for each of the businesses


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelors' degree required
  • 3 years of experience in Project/Program Management, HR/Talent Operations or Event/Conference/Executive Programs Operations
  • Driven, enthusiastic and positive "can-do" attitude; superior teamwork skills and willingness to seamlessly back-up team members on the fly
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and produce quality results; ability to anticipate needs and/or problems - take steps to resolve them and know when to escalate
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Flexibility in work hours when required by training programs
