Learning & Leadership Partner

What You'll Do

As a Learning & Leadership Partner, you will:
  • Partner with regional and community leaders to identify learning, leadership, workforce, and performance needs.
  • Support Learning & Leadership initiatives in partnership with Operations, Clinical Services, Human Resources, and other departments.
  • Help leaders determine whether needs are best addressed through training, coaching, process improvement, or other support.
  • Support leadership development, coaching, mentoring, career pathways, and programs such as ClinicalU and DiscoverU.
  • Support workforce education programs including CNA, CMA, CPR, competencies, and other designated learning initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, learning experiences, and leadership development activities.
  • Support learning systems, course administration, completion tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop leaders, mentors, instructors, champions, and subject matter experts who can teach, coach, mentor, and reinforce learning within their own communities.
  • Support train-the-trainer initiatives including Make a Friend, Competency Coach Champions, community instructors, and peer mentor programs.
  • Provide communities with tools, coaching, and implementation support to help sustain learning and development locally.
  • Monitor participation, implementation, and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across the Learning & Leadership team and assist with department initiatives based on organizational needs and priorities.


What We're Looking For

Required:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Skilled nursing experience in learning and development, workforce development, healthcare education, leadership development, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to Mission Health communities and other locations as needed.

Preferred:
  • BSN.
  • Experience with adult learning, coaching, mentoring, or train-the-trainer programs.
  • Experience working with learning management systems such as Relias.
Compensation

This position offers an annual salary of $82,500 + bonus potential.

Bonus amounts may vary based on company performance, individual performance, and other applicable factors.
