Overview

This position may be based in Coopersburg, PA or Conshohocken, PA.

As a Leader - Product Management, you will sit at the center of Lutron's product development engine, translating customer needs into actionable product roadmaps, partnering closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and executive leadership. You will become a subject-matter expert on our customers, channel partners, and market ecosystem, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence high-visibility initiatives while building deep product and business leadership experience.
