Fleet Risk Manager

Role Overview

The role involves leading the identification, assessment, reporting and mitigation of fleet-level risks across power generation projects and heavy industrial assets while proactively spotting emerging issues and evaluating their technical and commercial impacts. It requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective mitigation plans, as well as managing fleet risk systems and driving root-cause analysis to resolve underlying issues. Additionally, the position focuses on continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and overall outcomes. This is an on-site role based in Lake Mary, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess fleet-wide risks using structured methods.

  • Work with Finance to plan and manage risk-related budgets.
  • Improve team skills through coaching, training, and process updates.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and proactive risk control.

  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage forecasts/budgets.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and technical interpretation skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office; SAP, Power BI, and engineering tools a plus.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid passport/driver's license; ability to travel (10-20%) and work in industrial settings.
