How you'll make an impact as a Lead Watch Engineer:
Assists with the development of Real Estate's capital and operating expense budgets.
Assists with the coordination and management of strategic projects, new business, and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and establishment of control procedures.
Provides proactive client relationship management and delivers solutions that resonate and align with client needs and the mission of the Bank.
Participates in the execution of various department initiatives focusing on optimizing existing Property Management/facilities operations, technical, mechanical, and electrical systems, and procedures with an aim to achieve operational efficiencies.
Maintains daily logs of equipment and system operation and prepares any requested reports of work performed.
Performs work as required and leads others in operating, inspecting, testing, and maintaining.
Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all administrative tasks.
Works in a safe manner by following policies, procedures, and information from training and instructions from supervision.
Reports possible safety issues to supervision. Promotes tool safety by inspecting tools with each use and reporting problems promptly.
Participates in cross-training and mentoring process.
Mentors and provides performance management input for new hires or less experienced trade employees.
Takes an active interest in the condition of the facility and notes deficiencies (appearance, operating, safety) to supervision.
Troubleshoots problems in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
The Unique Skill Sets We're looking for:
Strong experience in sprinklers, standpipes, fire life safety director, and HVAC/refrigeration required.
EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification, NJ Blue on Black Operator License, NJ UST A/B Operator, all required.
Strong leadership and people management skills. Able to assist Director with creating and maintaining work schedules and Overtime / PTO tracking for a crew of 16 .
Manage interdepartmental relationships with key stakeholders such as Cash, LEU, and FRIT. Manage critical outside vendor relationships and contracts. Act as direct point of contact for In House Construction R+M coordination.

Salary Range: $145,000- $160,000 / year
