Lead Veterinarian Pet Doctors Hillcrest, Hamilton

Ready to take the next step into a leadership role while maintaining genuine work-life balance? Pet Doctors Hillcrest is looking for a Lead Veterinarian to guide our friendly, experienced team in Hamilton.

  • No after-hours or on-call requirements
  • Modern clinic with excellent equipment, including dental radiography
  • Support from the wider Hamilton Pet Doctors network of vets and support team members across four clinics


As Lead Vet, you'll provide clinical leadership, mentor colleagues, contribute to a positive team culture, and work closely with the Practice Manager to support clinic performance and patient care standards. You'll still enjoy plenty of hands-on clinical work, including consults, surgery, and dentistry.
