Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of related experience, particularly with Ontario authorities and land development.
• RAQS certification for Traffic Impact Analysis or equivalent qualifications.
• P. Eng. designation from PEO is mandatory.
• Experience in project management, report preparation, and managing client relationships.
• Proficient in traffic assessment and transportation planning software (e.g., Synchro, VISSIM).
• Strong oral and written communication skills, plus advanced technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team for transportation planning and traffic operation analyses.
• Conduct complex traffic impact studies for land development projects.
• Manage and prepare reports for environmental assessments and construction traffic impacts.
• Develop and oversee transportation master plans and operational analyses, including micro-simulation.
• Maintain effective client communications and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure project delivery meets quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Represent EXP at public/private meetings, making presentations to municipal road authorities and MTO.
