Lead Test Technician - Onsite
Towson, MD, United States The Job: As a Lead Technician, you'll be part of our Test Department team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
- Work with engineers to plan, set up, and execute tests on new power tool products.
- Learn and apply new technologies that support product development and testing.
- Collaborate with the team and Engineers to develop and validate new testing methods.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret test data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Provide mentorship and training to technicians on test methods and best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex technical problems and implement corrective actions.
- Support the Reliability team in creating and maintaining test procedures.
- Ensure lab processes, equipment use, and documentation meet safety and quality standards.
- 5+ years of relevant experience

- 5+ years of relevant hands-on test lab or product development experience with advanced skills across test processes, procedures, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability, capable of analyzing complex data and resolving issues.
- Knowledge and use with lab test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems.
- Skilled communicator, able to clearly convey technical findings and collaborate effectively across related teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations

The Salary range for this position is $63,700.00 - $102,600.00
