About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to support the design, development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications and automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role partners with business stakeholders to modernize business processes, develop new solutions, maintain existing applications, improve data management practices, and drive operational efficiency through scalable technology solutions.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, automated workflows, and related business solutions that support operational processes.
  • Manage application enhancements, issue resolution, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support activities.
  • Design and maintain data structures within Microsoft Dataverse to support scalable and efficient business applications.
  • Support data migration, integration, and data management efforts related to business application modernization initiatives.
  • Participate in application lifecycle management activities, including development, testing, release coordination, and production deployments.
  • Implement and support application security controls, user access management, and governance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process optimization, and technology enhancements.
  • Create documentation, provide user support, and deliver training related to business applications and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure solutions align with operational and strategic objectives.


Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, data management, or data migration initiatives.
  • Experience supporting applications through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Experience administering or supporting Power Platform environments and governance processes.
  • Experience implementing application security models, user access controls, or role-based security.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
  • Experience developing reporting, analytics, or process automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
