The Impact You'll MakeYou will help bring continuous improvement to life on the shop floor by turning ideas into visible, practical changes. Through your hands-on work, manufacturing and warehouse teams will operate more efficiently, safely, and consistently every day.
Your contributions will directly improve how workspaces are organized, how information is shared, and how teams follow standard processes. From visual controls to workplace layout, you will make improvements that are easy to see, use, and sustain.
By collaborating closely with operators, supervisors, and engineers, you will help build an inclusive culture where everyone can contribute ideas and succeed. Your attention to detail and commitment to improvement will ensure that progress is not only made-but maintained over time.
What You'll Be Doing- Support5S and visual management activities to create organized, safe, and efficient work areas
- Collect and organize data on performance and processes to enable informed improvement decisions
- Assist with shop-floor changes such as layout updates, workstation improvements and material flow enhancements
- Create and update visual tools, labels, and standard work to improve clarity and consistency
- Maintain sustainment audits and follow-up actions to ensuce improvements are embedded and lasting
What We're Looking For- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or continuous improvement support
- Working knowledgeof lean tools such as 5S, visual management, and basic problem-solving methods
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and improve standard work and visual instructions
- Clear communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Ownership mindset and alignment with Danfoss behaviors, including curiosity, accountability, and continuous improveme

- The targeted salary range for this position is $65,000 - $101,000 based on experience.
