In this role, you will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management with a focus on ServiceNow and workflow-enabled capabilities. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you will partner closely with operational stakeholders, tech team and operations teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will define issue management workflow product experiences, refine product backlogs, and integrate automation and AI-enabled capabilities to optimize product performance, streamline workflows, and drive impactful healthcare outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:- Lead requirements discovery with business leaders and operational stakeholders, asking probing questions to clarify workflows, business rules, risks, and expected outcomes
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow documentation, and implementation guidance for engineering teams
- Serve as the product bridge across business, engineering, architecture, QA, operations, and project delivery teams to resolve ambiguity and align execution
- Own and refine product backlog priorities for ServiceNow and workflow-enabled capabilities, balancing business value, technical feasibility, compliance, scalability, and delivery timelines
- Define end-to-end product experiences across workflows, platform integrations, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled interactions
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure ServiceNow functional and technical design requirements are thoroughly understood, documented, tested, and validated
- Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder discussions, document key decisions, manage dependencies, and communicate risks, priorities, and recommendations clearly to business and technical audiences
- Apply consultative influence, analytical troubleshooting skills, and technical product leadership to drive outcomes without direct people-management authority
- Work independently on complex, less-structured problems and serve as a subject matter resource for team members including troubleshooting and training operations teams

Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar technology product role
- 5+ years of experience translating business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software engineering teams
- 3+ years of project management experience, including managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and stakeholder facilitation across technical and business domains
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- ServiceNow experience
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts, automation, and how AI-enabled capabilities improve enterprise workflows and product outcomes
- Healthcare, health tech, or managed care industry experience
- Proven track record of driving workflow efficiency and user experience improvements through intelligent automation and AI tools

The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
