Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical resource for complex tax and accounting matters.
- Review and oversee calculations, analyses, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Technology teams on strategic initiatives.
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and support implementation of process improvements.
- Support implementation of new business programs, policies, and operational changes.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, and overall stakeholder experience.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and review for Analysts and Senior Analysts.
Position Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in tax, financial analysis, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with partners and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with pass-through entities, partnerships, or complex ownership structures.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI, and Tableau) is highly desirable.
**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026
