Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Lead Talent Management Partner. This individual will be instrumental in shaping our employee experience by owning the strategy, design, and execution of key company-wide Talent Management programs, including Performance and Internal Mobility and the critical intersection with our Manager capability, ensuring our feedback and development processes are continuous, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals.

This role is hybrid based out of our Irvine or Palo Alto, CA., Normal, IL or Atlanta offices and reports directly to the Director of Talent Management.

Responsibilities

Performance Management & Development
  • Process Management: Lead the coordination, communication, and execution of annual and mid-year Performance Management cycles.
  • Calibration & Fairness: Drive and facilitate effective Performance Calibration sessions across different business units, ensuring consistency, fairness, and transparency in talent assessments.
  • Feedback Culture: Drive and implement initiatives for short-cycle feedback mechanisms, ensuring managers and employees are equipped to utilize continuous feedback for real-time development.
  • Goal Setting Support: Provide guidance and support to teams and managers on effective Goal Setting methodologies, with a particular emphasis on knowledge of KPIs/OKR and SMART frameworks.
  • Evolution of Process: Research and recommend modern, effective performance management approaches to ensure our systems support a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
  • Overall Process Optimization: Document, maintain, and continuously improve processes related to performance, feedback, and talent review.


Career Mobility
  • Process Management: Lead the coordination, communication, and execution of cyclical and ad hoc Career Mobility cycles.
  • Calibration & Fairness: Drive and facilitate effective Promotion Review sessions across different business units, ensuring consistency, fairness, and transparency in decision making.
  • Overall Process Optimization in Workday: Document, maintain, and continuously improve (in collaboration with WD team and BPs) processes related to internal mobility.


Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and drive complex, company-wide Performance Management cycles.
  • Applied, recent experience tech-enabling Talent Management programs with Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and analytical problem-solver who can diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Preferred:

  • Solid understanding of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology and its application in goal setting.
  • Experience facilitating Performance Calibration discussions.
    Process-oriented with a strong focus on documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Proactive, curious, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.

Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this role is $137,800 to $172,200 for Irvine, CA based applicants, $149,700 to $187,100 for Palo Alto, CA based applicants, and $125,800 to $157,200 for Plymouth, MI and Atlanta, GA based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
