Amentum is seeking an experienced Lead Systems Integrator to support the Army Test Enterprise Network Modernization (TENM) program. As one of the largest government services and engineering companies supporting the U.S. Department of Defense, Amentum delivers mission critical programs across defense, intelligence, and national security.

This is an opportunity to lead the integration and deployment of next generation enterprise network solutions supporting mission critical Army operations while serving as the primary technical authority across one of the Army's key modernization initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead technical teams and coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, solution architecture, and program leadership to ensure successful execution from design through deployment, testing, optimization, and final system validation.

Responsibilities

• 10-15+ years of experience leading systems integration, network integration, or enterprise network modernization programs
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Strong DoD experience with Army experience highly preferred
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams while providing day to day technical direction and oversight
• Experience delivering complex enterprise network modernization programs in multi vendor environments
• Experience integrating enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring interoperability, resiliency, and mission performance
• Experience executing Technical Design Plans (TDPs) and overseeing site surveys, installations, post installation testing, system optimization, and final system validation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, solution architecture, and program management teams

• 5G or Private 5G networking experience
• Wireless networking technologies
• Fiber infrastructure modernization
• Army modernization or C5ISR program experience
• Relevant networking or systems integration certifications
  

• Lead technical integration on a major Army enterprise network modernization program
• Serve as the primary technical authority across a mission critical modernization effort
• Lead and mentor technical teams while influencing key engineering and integration decisions
• Drive the deployment of next generation wired, wireless, and scalable enterprise network solutions
• Work alongside senior program leadership on one of the Army's most significant modernization initiatives
